Engagement Search may be used for ongoing openings which are urgent in nature but for which a full retained search is not appropriate. Many clients prefer this option to Contingency Search due to the additional benefits received relative to the limited financial commitment.

- Semi-exclusive presentation of candidates is offered for this Search. Prior to presenting the same candidate to any other client, you are fully advised of any other scenario of interest to the candidate
- Our unique approach to presenting your opportunity, consistently mentioned by candidates as the reason they’ll explore a position through Lechner & Associates, even if they’d previously heard about the same position through another source
- Our detailed evaluation of each prospective candidate with regard to their professional qualifications, goals and career aspirations, personal situation, and potential cultural fit with your organization
- Our transcript style, thorough, confidential reference checks with previous supervisors (no peer references)
- Our comprehensive, “client-first” pre-closing approach at time of offer, following the candidate through resignation, counter-offer, relocation (if applicable), and actual start with your organization
- Leverage of our extensive proprietary database of candidates throughout the consulting and insurance industries
- Our professionalism and confidentiality in our representation of your firm and opportunity in the marketplace
- 90-day unconditional guarantee offering your choice of replacement or prorated refund provided placement fee is received within 45 days of candidate acceptance

- Placement Fee terms calculated as 30% of the estimated first year’s cash compensation (base salary, annual bonus, and signing bonus). Again, Engagement Advance figure will be deducted from the Placement Fee due upon your hire of our candidate
- Commencement of your Engagement Search upon receipt of a Non-Refundable Advance which we utilize to allocate resources dedicated to your search. Specific Engagement Advance figure to be decided and agreed upon with you, estimated at one-third of approximate Placement Fee. Engagement Advance figure will be deducted from the Placement Fee due upon your hire of our candidate. Unlike in fully Retained Search, no additional financial commitment is required under this search solution until you hire the winning candidate.
