Our Retained Search option offers a complete, full-service search with a dedicated project team assigned to your search until it is completed. Our retained search option is used at all levels where there is a critical need which must be filled within a short period of time.

If this is the best solution for your needs, we will provide the following:

  • Highest Priority allocation of services of our professionally trained, in-house recruiters, superseding any Modified Retainer or Contingency Search assignments
  • Our commitment to provide you with 3 qualified and interested candidates within 60 days of commencing your search
  • Exclusive presentation of candidates. We will not present the same candidates to any other client until you choose to pass or make the hire.
  • By representing your firm on a fully Retained basis, candidates perceive the opportunity as critical and strategically important to your organization and are thus more willing to confidentially explore the opportunity

  • Placement Fee terms calculated as 33% of the estimated first year’s cash compensation (base salary, annual bonuses, and signing bonuses), with 1/3 due upon signing of the contract, 1/3 due upon presentation of candidates, and 1/3 due upon placement or completion of search
  • Six-month unconditional guarantee offering your choice of replacement or prorated refund provided placement fee balance is received within 45 days of candidate acceptance
  • Non-solicitation guarantee of 24 months
